1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Spartan Warrior Academy. By engaging with our martial arts training services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Spartan Warrior Academy offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes. Services may be tailored to individual needs and skill levels.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All pricing is inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
- Membership fees are due as per the agreed billing cycle.
- Casual class fees are payable prior to attending the session.
- Late payments may result in suspension of access until payment is received.
4. Cancellations
- Cancellations of booked sessions require at least 24 hours' notice.
- Missed sessions or late cancellations may incur a fee.
5. Confidentiality & Compliance
Spartan Warrior Academy treats all client data with confidentiality and complies with applicable Australian privacy regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spartan Warrior Academy takes all reasonable steps to provide a safe training environment. To the extent permitted by law, Spartan Warrior Academy is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained on the premises beyond what is covered by our insurance obligations.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use secure platforms to manage client records and never share your information without consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
